If you’re experiencing an issue or need assistance with any Biadago feature, you can easily submit a support ticket through the Help Center. Follow the steps below to open a new ticket and check the status of your requests.


✅ Submitting a New Support Ticket

  1. Visit the Help Center:

  2. Click on “Submit a Ticket”:

    • On the top navigation bar or footer section, locate and click the “Submit Ticket” or “Contact Support” button.

  3. Fill in the Ticket Form:

    • Your Name: Enter your full name.

    • Email Address: Use your registered Biadago email address so we can link the request to your account.

    • Subject: A short title for your issue.

    • Category/Module: Choose the relevant category (e.g., Finance, RFI, Subcontractors, etc.)

    • Description: Clearly explain the issue or request. You may include:

      • Steps to reproduce the issue

      • Error messages (if any)

      • Screenshots or file attachments (PDF, PNG, JPG)

  4. Attach Files (Optional):

    • You can upload relevant screenshots or documents to help the support team understand the problem better.

  5. Submit:

    • Click “Submit” to send your ticket.

    • You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your ticket ID.
